The manager of the BuyerAgentSearch.com website, Kathleen Chiras, provides insider tips for buyers and sellers of real estate on the Barry and Larry Consumers Real Estate radio shows that air every Saturday morning on Denver’s KHOW 630AM at 8:00 am and 11:00 am. The first show also airs Thursdays from 7-8 pm in Colorado Springs KRDO 1240 AM.
The purpose of the shows is to provide consumers with home buying and selling tips from an industry veteran’s perspective as well as consumer perspectives via the co-host Larry Stanley. Larry is an unlicensed consumer who has bought and sold over 10 homes in Colorado.
The show provides insights into the home buying and selling process not found though traditional real estate agent websites. Many real estate professionals will not readily share their flexibility on commissions, fees, or language beneficial to the consumer in agency agreements. The insider secrets shared on the show about what goes on behind the scenes in the real estate world are not easy to find in the internet space. The audience of this show tends to be older folks who may have been burned in the past by their real estate experience, who simply want to be the most informed and prepared when it comes time to buy a new home or sell an existing one.
