“The market is horrible currently.  People are very illusive.  It is very active in the $100,000 to $200,000 range.  Anything over $500,000 is very slow.  No one is interested in the Northeast side because of the very expensive homes.  Most of our clients are either past clients or interested in foreclosures and short sales.” -Gloria in NM
