The gravel road between Quepos and Dominical will soon be a thing of the past, with paving underway and hopes that this 30 stretch will be completed in 2010. We saw the many new bridges this year.  This will make the final stretch down to Canopy Vista Tent Platform a much quicker and more pleasant trip.

The road from Santa Ana, San Jose to Caldera Putarenas will make the trip to Jaco only about 45 min to an hour, and this stretch of road is expected to be complete in January, 2010.  Soon the trip from the airport in San Jose to Playa Dominical can be driven in under 3 hours. This will make it much easier for both tourists and investors to access this area.

With the International Airport to follow this region of Costa Rica is poised to emerge as one of the most desirable areas to live in the world.
